STORM DAMAGE

During a storm, strong winds damaged this pine lap fence in Claremont. The fence had bowed badly & sections of the fence had begun to come apart. Pinnacle Carpentry & Maintenance attended, removed the damaged fencing & replaced as new.

WEAR & TEAR

Wear & tear had taken its tole on this cedar clad garage door, leaving the outside of the property looking unsightly. Pinnacle Carpentry & Maintenance re-stained the door, which transformed the outside of this Canning Vale property.

WATER, MOULD & MILDEW

Water had inundated the eave sheets of this Yangebup property causing them to become mouldy & start to sag. Pinnacle Carpentry & Maintenance located the source of the water inundation, rectified the cause & replaced the moulding eave sheets.

 

STRUCTURAL INTERGITY

A main support beam on this pergola in Nedlands was so badly rotten that the structure had become unsafe. Pinnacle Carpentry & Maintenance were contacted by the property manager to attended urgently & replace the rotten beam before further damage  occurred.

STRATA REPAIRS

This pergola is located within a strata complex SOR. The seating had not been maintained and began to fall apart. Owners & tenants reported the issue to their strata manager, who had Pinnacle Carpentry & Maintenance attend to remove the damaged seating and replace with new.
